1. No Returns Accepted

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns on any products. Once an order is delivered, it cannot be sent back to us for a refund or exchange under normal circumstances.

We only offer refunds (which may be a replacement or credit) in the following specific situations:

• Damaged Product: If your product arrived physically damaged (e.g., broken vial).
• Wrong Product: If you received an item that is different from what you ordered.
• Missing Order: If your package is confirmed lost or you did not receive your order, and tracking information shows it was not delivered.

3. Reporting a Problem

To be eligible for a refund under the conditions above, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery (or within 14 days of the estimated delivery date if the order is missing).

• Research Use Only: Our products are for laboratory research purposes only and are not for human consumption. By purchasing, you agree to our Terms and Conditions 
• No Change of Mind: We cannot offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect choice, or if the product is no longer needed.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund, unless the error was on our part.
